The Ohio Film Office maintains a searchable database of talented crew which you can sort based on location and skill. Being at the crossroads of I-70 and I-75, talent from Cincinnati (Southwest) and Columbus (Central) can travel easily to Dayton.
The Cincinnati Film Commission also provides a great listing of all crew and resources within the area (including Dayton).
