October's Film Connections
Film Connections - October 26, 7pm, Think TV Lot's of local film news at the October Film Connections. Dayton's own Ben Rivet , musician and producer, will screen his current projects. Also, Fred Boomer will screen locally produced 2007 short film "The Introduction" (21 minutes, USA, Color, 2007, Directed by Fred Boomer) and welcome guest actors. And special guest Tom Hoying (CCAD film student) will be joining us. Are you going to Film Connections next Tuesday night?
September's Film Connections meeting is next week. Here's what's going on: - Dayton's own Chase Whiteside of New Left Media will screen and talk about his current projects. - Kat Steele and her team, executive director of the Cincinnati [Oxford International] Film Festival , will be here to screen clips and tell us about film fest on October 8-16. - Ron Kaplan of the Reel Stuff Film Festival will share info about his upcoming film fest.
