FilmDayton & DATV Joint Membership

One low price - two great organizations

DATV and FilmDayton are pleased to announce a “Joint Membership” offering for local media makers. For one price of $70 you may receive a one year membership to both organizations.

"This partnership is a win-win scenario for everyone involved, especially for those who take advantage of it. DATV has been serving Dayton citizens since 1978 and this opportunity with FilmDayton seems to be the perfect marriage,” said Steve Ross, DATV Executive Director. “We know those who participate will benefit from the excellent opportunities that both organizations have to offer."

Be becoming a member, local filmmakers will be able to showcase their work on cable television and have access to DATV’s training and equipment.

"This partnership just makes sense. Basic training and access to equipment through DATV plus networking, advocacy and educational programming through FilmDayton provides filmmakers with the whole picture. Together, we offer unique and complementary services that enhance the film making experience and strengthen the overall film community,” said Megan Cooper, Executive Director of FilmDayton.

To take advantage of this opportunity you will need to start your membership at the $70 level with either DATV or FilmDayton, you will then be given a certificate that you may redeem for membership with the other organization.

Membership benefits of DATV include television production video workshops, use of DATV’ equipment and facilities and the ability to air programs on DATV, Time Warner Cable Channel 5.

Membership benefits of FilmDayton include supporting the development of the Film industry in Dayton, networking with area Film professionals, invitations to local Film events and monthly Film Connections meetings.
